The World Conqueror

Max's one goal in life is to become a conqueror so he can save his race from extinction. However, Max lives in a strange version of earth, where the world's races have all evolved to adapt to harsh environments. Unfortunately, Max appears to have drawn the short straw in this respect, as he's part of the weakest race of humanity. However, this just makes him work harder in order to succeed. With 7 years until he can take the conqueror exam, how will he prepare? How long will this optimism last?
